How can i compute and plot the autocorrelation function of a matrix
and the crosscorrelation function of two matrices (two 2D signals
basically) in matlab?

How can I determine automatically the integral scale (that is the
first lag where the ACF goes to zero?) ...

basically i want to do the same as here

THAT IS BASICALLY CALLED SPATIAL AUTOCORRELATION AND SPATIAL
CROSSCORRELATION ..., DO ANYONE KNOW ABOUT AN ALREADY PREPARED CODE OR
FUNCTION?
